Please note that federal regulations require some documents to have a 手写签名. If you are submitting any of the documents listed below, you must sign the document with a pen. 不能接受打字签名.

提交文件时, please be sure to include your BHCC student ID number on each page of each document that you are submitting. Students who submit documents from a non BHCC email address may experience a delay in processing time so it is recommend that you submit your forms using your BHCC email. In order to ensure documents are processed in a timely matter, please make sure all forms are complete and nothing is left blank.
